EnBright Collect is purpose-built capture for Home Energy Rating (NatHERS) existing-homes assessors: a structured on-site workflow of about 75 minutes, offline-first, and ready for AccuRate Enterprise import.
Software accreditation is being sought. Our Expression of Interest is lodged with the Scheme Administrator, subject to its assessment process. Join the early-access list to be first in when access opens.
Watch how EnBright Collect turns complex on-site data collection into a structured, validated workflow for NatHERS existing-homes assessors.
How EnBright Collect Works
Core Capabilities
Time & Output
5+ hours
Typical in-home assessment today
as reported by existing-homes assessors
~75 min
On site with EnBright Collect
and for most jobs, that's the whole job*
Purpose-built capture puts existing-homes visits in the same 30–90 minute band as comparable visual-assessment schemes overseas (UK EPC, US DOE Home Energy Score, NZ HomeFit).
*Assessments that pass all on-site quality checks can be submitted for certification before leaving the property, with no separate data-entry pass. NatHERS certificates are issued by CSIRO's AccuRate Enterprise engine, not by EnBright Collect. Time figures are internal estimates from founding-cohort use; measured data will be published.
Where Collect fits
Household books an existing-homes assessment
Collect pre-fills property data before the visit
The assessor captures the home in about 75 minutes
Structured data imports into AccuRate Enterprise
CSIRO's engine calculates the rating and issues the certificate
The household gets a clear pathway to upgrades and finance
Assessors sit at the centre of the scheme. Collect makes sure they walk off site with complete, validated data every time.
